i first created the city using geometry nodes. then meshed out the elevator and adding textures to all objects. the sky is then added which is just a image that gives of light

1 - procedural buildings
adds points on grid which then becomes a place for a "building" to be put on.
2 - procedural rooftops
using the normal from buildings place points on a random number of them which then act as a place for "toppers" to be put on
3 - procedural lighting
using the normal against the x and y axis points at faces and randomly extrudes them and sets a emissive material
